Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were just fine, nothing special to advise, except a tip to avoid front rooms due to noise. The service was truly amazing, professional, and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the train station and downtown attractions. The dining experience was very good every day. However, the rooms were small, dark, and the beds uncomfortable, not the best quality for the price, and the rooms weren't cleaned during our stay.
The hotel is perfectly situated inside Piazza di Santa Maria Novella, ideal for exploring Florence, with a vibrant atmosphere and convenient access to attractions. The rooms, though spacious and accommodating with a mix of bed options, suffered from an awkward layout and limited views. The service excelled in friendliness and attentiveness, ensuring a memorable stay. The dining experience, although affordable, was basic and lacked variety. Overall, the location and service stood out positively, while room layout and limited views were drawbacks.
I was amazed by the unique beauty of the rooms, with their wooden floors, limed wood furniture, and caramel and cream linens, creating a modern and incredibly comfortable ambiance. The four-poster bed, fabulous bathroom, and square views were just breathtaking. However, I found the need for a little updating in the decor of the family suite.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, offering a relaxing oasis. The service was outstanding, with a dedicated team making sure every need was met. The location was perfect, close to major sites and with a lovely view of Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. The dining experience was delicious, with attentive staff. I enjoyed every moment at this hotel.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were Four Seasons-like, very chic, located on the 5th floor, offering a great view of the piazza, despite some minor noise from the surroundings. The hotel's service was exceptional, with a special shoutout to Roberta, Giulio, Silvia, Claudia, and Margherita for their valuable assistance and recommendations. The location couldn't be better, situated right on the bustling Piazza Santa Maria Novella Square, within easy reach of all of Florence's attractions. The dining options were fantastic, catering to both European and American tastes with a variety of choices. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a fantastic stay at the boutique hotel in Florence. The rooms were excellent, especially the junior suite with a private terrace, and the view of the church and distant hills was breathtaking. The service was friendly and efficient overall, although there was a minor issue with the description of the croissant. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Florence near the train station and main attractions. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious foods. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a stunning view of Duomo. The service was exceptional, with staff always ready to assist with a smile. The location couldn't have been more perfect for exploring Florence, and the dining experience was delicious with a wide variety of options. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The room was spacious and even had a Jacuzzi, though a bit small for my two-day visit. The service was top-notch, from the welcoming reception to the helpful guidance on local spots. The location was ideal, with easy access to major sights and a charming piazza area in front of the hotel. The dining was excellent, offering a wide variety including gluten-free options. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel was a mixed bag - while the rooms were surprisingly split over two floors offering some privacy, they were small, dark, and the beds were shockingly uncomfortable for the price paid. The service was friendly and pleasant, with hardworking cleaning staff. The location, although simple and not as nicely decorated as the rest of the hotel, made for a superb stay being very close to the main station and all tourist features. The dining experience was excellent, with a good deal of choice even for gluten-free products. Overall, the facilities were decent but not exceptional.
